Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of Irish Sea Moss Gel, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

All sales are final, subject to your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Damaged Products

All Irish Sea Moss Gel is prepared, packaged and dispatched in pristine condition.

If your product arrives damaged, clear photographs of the product, jar and packaging must be taken immediately upon arrival and sent to Marama Tuku through the website.

Once the damage has been confirmed, a replacement product will be sent.

Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 5 days of dispatch, please contact Marama Tuku through the website within this period so the location and delivery status of your order can be checked.

Storage & Expiry

Irish Sea Moss Gel must be kept refrigerated at all times.

The product must be consumed within 3 months of the production date or by the expiry date shown on the product, whichever comes first.

Once the expiry date has been reached, or 3 months have passed from the production date, the remaining product must be discarded and must not be consumed.

Always use a clean utensil when removing Sea Moss Gel from the jar and return the product to the refrigerator promptly after use.
