How to Make Your Sea Moss Gel (35g Dehydrated Sea Moss)
1. Add water
Pour 3 cups of water into a pot.
2. Bring to a boil
Place on the stove and bring the water to a rolling boil.
3. Turn off the heat
Once boiling, turn off the stove completely.
4. Add the sea moss
Add the 35g dehydrated raw sea moss directly into the hot water.
5. Let it bloom
Allow the sea moss to soak and bloom for 1 hour in the hot water (no heat).

6. Blend
